Alot of you will recognize the name Billy Nocera as the founder of RAZORBACK RECORDS. Prior to starting Razorback Billy was in a few(awesome!) noisecore bands like: Pissed Off Orgasm, Lord Zilla Blaster, Nut Screamer, and Pile Of Eggs. I use to write/trade with Billy alot in the late 90's. This is an un-released interview done back in 1998 for the (un-published)3rd issue of my then zine Children Of Caine.
